Fire!

Tonight as I was chatting with my roommate before going to bed we heard this obnoxious beeping. We both couldn't figure out what it could be as it had been going on for a good ten minutes AT LEAST. Michele thought it was an alarm clock going off, and I agreed with her.

I then decided to investigate further. I opened the door and stepped outside. As I glanced around low and behold going up the stairs was nothing short of A FIREMAN all dressed up in his gear! Seriously? A FIRE? HERE? Running back inside I proceeded to tell Michele of what I saw.

Next thing we knew we were outside to investigate this situation! We talked to others milling around and discovered that there was a fire in another complex or business building nearby. The smoke from that fire had set OUR fire alarm off. Not all that cool, but there was a fire engine right outside our window.....and here's the proof!
